One of our friendly staff members will contact you with your unique user ID and password.
Log in to the members page
ON THE FIRST LOG IN ONLY – change your password to suit you

Income recording
Log in using your unique user ID and password
Record your earnings for the week (week ends Sunday)
Choose the payment method most suitable to your circumstances.
Once payment has been made print out your tax invoice for services provided by Admin Connections.
Upon receipt of your payment, Admin Connections will update your records.

Voluntary Tax payments
Admin Connections provides the service of paying your tax contributions to the Australian Taxation Office.  It saves you time and energy – let us do the running around for you.  To provide this service to you, your Tax File Number must be supplied using the Voluntary Tax Form supplied on this website.

The Voluntary Tax System is like having a bank account with the tax man.  This means no lump sum payment at the end of the financial year.  You can make tax contributions daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you choose.

All you have to do is

1. Print out the Voluntary Tax form and fax to (03) 9555-9948
2. Log into the Voluntary Tax Section
3. Type in the dollar amount you wish to pay
4. Choose the payment method most suitable to your circumstances.
5. Print your invoice

Upon receipt of your payment Admin Connections will complete the necessary documentation and on-forward your payment to the Australian Taxation Office.  A record of each payment will be kept.

At the end of each financial year we will provide you with an accurate Statement of Earnings recording your Declared Earnings and Voluntary Tax Payments.  Also included will be your own Tax Payments Booklet verifying the Tax forwarded.  This packet of information can be handed to your accountant at tax time.
